Dear customer,

• The information that must be placed on menus/price lists is as follows:

• • This establishment has a complaints book;
• • Law on cover charges: "No dish, food product or beverage, including the cover, may be charged if it is not requested by the customer or if it is unused" — Article 135. Decree-Law No. 10/2015 of 16 January amended by Decree-Law No. 102/2017 of 23 August.

Reservations

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time
• If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to unforeseen circumstances

Menu & Pricing

• Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance

Conduct & Safety

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating our policies or causing a disturbance
• Children must be supervised at all times
